On May 31st, 2025, buyers can take advantage of an exclusive 25% discount on move-in-ready homes, lowering the average price to just $720 per sq. ft. — significantly below the $1,125 average for comparable concrete builds in the area. The goal was to position the development as a compelling value opportunity in a cooling market and accelerate sell-through of remaining inventory. The marketing materials included: a website, advertising, social media posts and print materials such as floor plans and door signs.
